1. Check-In & Check-Out Norms

Standard hotel check-in time commences at 02:00 PM (14:00 hrs) and check-out is scheduled at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late departure requests are contingent on room availability and may attract nominal fees unless covered under the Gold or Platinum Royale tier privilege.

2. Identity Verification

In accordance with regulatory directives from the Department of Tourism and local law enforcement, all primary adult guests must present original government-recognized photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driver's License, or Voter ID) during check-in. PAN Cards are not acceptable as proof of address.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations notified at least 24 hours prior to the official check-in time qualify for a 100% full refund or date credit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's room tariff plus applicable taxes.
• No-shows will forfeit the entirety of the reservation payment.

4. Guest Conduct & Property Care

Aryan International Hotel is committed to providing a serene sanctuary for all esteemed patrons. Guests are requested to respect quiet hours after 11:00 PM in residential corridors. Any intentional property damage or hazard creation will be billed directly to the guest folio upon departure.

5. Royale Membership Conditions

Royale Club privileges are non-transferable and remain active for twelve calendar months from activation. The management reserves the right to modify promotional rates and blackout dates with prior digital notification.
